Cute and friendly Cocker/Springer Spaniel for Adoption- 8 months old for sale in Radnor, Pennsylvania

I am looking for a forever home for a very sweet and friendly cocker/springer spaniel mix 8 1/2 month old female. She was rescued from a neglect situation where she was kept in a crate almost all day, everyday of her life. Despite her ordeal she is the sweetest, happiest girl around town!
She arrived to me underweight, infested with fleas, with skin and ear infections and a terribly matted coat.
I've had her professionally groomed, her fleas were treated, she's completed antibiotics for her ears and skin, has received rabies and bordetella as well as tested heart worm negative. I've switch her to a healthy grain free food and she is gaining weight and now weights 17 pounds. She just needs to be spayed.
Unfortunately, I cannot have dogs under my current lease or I would keep this pretty girl. My landlord has been nice enough to allow me to hold onto her until I can find her a good home.
She is crate trained, we are doing well with house training, she is learning to walk on a leash, and learning basic commands. She is still a puppy and needs someone who can dedicate time to properly train her!!
She comes with a crate, food bowls, leash, collar, walking harness, and toys...all of which were purchased by me.
I am asking $200 to recover a very small portion of what I've spent to nurse her back to health and to weed out anyone who is not serious about adopting her (My out of pocket costs are over $1000 thus far so I'm not trying to profit from her). Also an appointment will need to be made by the adopter at their vet or local SPCA for spaying before she is released.
